For safety reasons, it is strictly forbidden to light candles indoors. We will have to charge you for the costs of a fire brigade call-out.

If you need a charging cable, we offer a large selection of them for hire at our reception.

The e-bike charging station is located in front of the entrance area of the „Goldener Hirsch“ inn, free of charge and for overnight guests in the garage of Haus Frankenthal

The electric car charging station is located in the car park of Haus Frankenthal. Payment is made via the charging station.

Your room card is also used to activate and deactivate the power circuit; the corresponding slot is located next to the room door.

Please always take your room card with you if you are out for longer than 20:00, as the outside door is then locked.

Follow the appropriate signposting, the emergency exits are secured by alarms.

A rollaway bed can be provided. Price on request.

A hairdryer is available in every room or shower room.

The heating in your room can be individually adjusted using the rotary switch next to the room or bathroom door.

A house chapel is located on the first floor and is accessible at all times, with a few exceptions.

Free luggage storage is available in the immediate vicinity of reception. Ideal if you arrive early or would like to spend some time in the neighbourhood after checking out.

Every day from 12:00 to 13:00 we serve you a varied 3-course menu including salad - either as a menu or buffet, depending on the number of guests.

The offer only takes place when conference guests are in the house and is then available to all guests.
